Welcome to Claire Maree Cosmetic Tattoo Artistry. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

  • Appointment arrival and timing

     

    Please ensure ALL ONLINE CONSULT FORMS ARE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate time for your treatment, or cancelled.

    Companions
     

    For health and safety reasons, please do not bring children or groups of friends to your appointment. Our treatment room is reserved for the technician and the client only. We require 100% focus on you to ensure the best possible treatment without any compromises.

  • To book an appointment with Claire Maree Cosmetic Tattoo Artistry, you must meet the following requirements:
     

    • Eligibility and compliance:

    • Pre-Appointment Requirements:

      • If you arrive at your appointment not following the pre-appointment care instructions, Claire reserves the right to cancel your appointment. In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited due to our duty of care to ensure safe and optimal results.
         

    • Health Conditions:

      • Active cold sores, acne, moles, or blemishes: Notify Claire immediately if any of these are present where the treatment will be performed. Your appointment may be postponed until the area is clear and healed.

      • Pregnancy: We cannot perform cosmetic tattoo treatments on pregnant clients.

      • Breastfeeding: If you are breastfeeding, you must pump and discard milk for 48 hours post-procedure as a precaution. If this is not feasible, please reschedule your appointment for a more suitable time. Learn more about rescheduling your appointment under our "Appointment Rescheduling Policy".
         

    • Treatment Expectations:

      • Please be aware that cosmetic tattoo treatments are an art rather than a science. Results vary between each individual and similar results cannot be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee successful results for every client, as individual skin responses to pigment differ.

  • All treatment prices at Claire Maree Cosmetic Tattoo Artistry are subject to change at any time. Prices may be adjusted online without prior notice. However, any existing bookings will be honoured at the price in effect at the time of booking.

  • If you require a payment plan, please contact Claire directly via email info@cmcosmetictattooartistry.com.au to discuss.

  • All appointments require an initial $100 deposit. Deposits are deducted from the total price of the appointment / treatment at the time of appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable in the instance that an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.

  • Our system will automatically text a reminder to the mobile number attached to your booking, 24 hours before your appointment. Please reply YES to confirm your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment you can do so online via your original booking confirmation email, or call us on 0416 334 124.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. To reschedule your appointment, please follow these guidelines:
     

    • How to reschedule:

      • Reschedule your appointment online via your original booking confirmation email, or call us on 0416 334 124.
         

    • Retaining deposits:

      • Appointments rescheduled more than 7 days before the appointment date will retain their initial deposit amount.

      • Appointments rescheduled within 7 days of the appointment date will forfeit their initial deposit amount. A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.
         

    • Availability:

      • Please note that Claire is frequently booked out, and it may take another 4-6 weeks to secure a new appointment.
         

    • Touch-up and refresh appointments:

      • If you reschedule a touch-up or refresh appointment and cannot book within the required timeframe, the cost of your treatment may be adjusted to reflect the new treatment type.

  • We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy below:
     

    • How to cancel:

      • To cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible on 0416 334 124.
         

    • Cancellation notice:

      • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the appointment date will result in a full refund of your initial deposit.

      • Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment date will forfeit the initial deposit.
         

    • No-shows:

      • If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
         

    • Emergency Cancellations:

      • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us on 0416 334 124 as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency. We will assess such situations on a case-by-case basis.

  • We do not offer refunds on deposits or treatments. Prospective clients should review all information on our website and contact us via info@cmcosmetictattooartistry.com.au or on 0416 334 124 with any questions or concerns prior to booking.

  • Government legislation has changed for numbing agents and you now need to purchase your own numbing agent and apply prior to your cosmetic tattoo appointment.

    Therefore, you should obtain a numbing cream or gel product ahead of your appointment. This product will be used for both your initial and touch-up appointments.

    Order and pay for your numbing cream or numbing gel here. The product will then be sent directly to our studio, and we will have it ready for your appointments.

  • Gift vouchers can be used for all services.

     

    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded or replaced.

     

    All gift vouchers have an expiry period and must be redeemed by this expiry date. Expired gift vouchers hold no value.

  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
